Residents pay an upfront entrance fee to ensure access to our full continuum of care with our modified Lifecare benefit, should higher levels of care be needed. After 90 days free in either Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing, there is a 40% lifetime discount off the private market rate for Assisted Living and a 20% discount off the market private pay rate for 365 days.
90% refundable entrance fees are returned to residents or their estates at the end of residency, and there is a second person fee of $95,000. Non-refundable entrance fees are also available but subject to change, with a second person fee of $40,000.
Monthly fees cover your residence, all taxes, cable, internet and utilities, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and access to all Seafields community spaces, amenities, social programs, and more. These fees are subject to change annually and adjusted to current market conditions, and there is an additional $2,000 for a second person.
