Seafields are clear that the welfare of children and young people is our main priority.

Our overiding ethos is to offer the highest level of Safe Care, in order that children and young people are able to achieve their potential. Seafields Foster' Carers are thoroughly assessed and fully supported, in order that they are able to undertake the complex task of fostering very vulnerable and young people.

Seafields' Social Work Teams have a wealth of social work experience. Our Supervising Social Workers have previously worked with various Local Authority Social Work Teams, including Child Protection, Fostering and Adoption and Looked After Children's teams. Our Social Workers are clear about the necessity of working in partnership with Child Care Social Workers, who ultimately hold case responsibility for children and young people.

Seafields' Directors and Managers have collectively up to 100 years' experience of working with very damaged and vulnerable children and young people and therefore certainly know their jobs.

Seafields have a dedicated and committed Referral's Team, where we are very clear about offering the best possible 'matching' service to Local Authorities.

Seafields will continue to provide a service which has an emphasis on providing 'best value' to Local Authorities. Our placement costs are truly competitve, including special rates for many of our placements.
